Experiential Group Immersions & Workshops

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer 1-day mindful eating workshops and group immersions that guide participants in reconnecting with food, body, and self. These workshops are ideal for universities, retreat centers, women’s wellness programs, and corporate wellness initiatives seeking an evidence-based, transformative experience.

Workshops are interactive, blending group discussions, evidence-based learning, and guided practices. Participants leave inspired, grounded, and equipped with real tools to transform their relationship with food and themselves.

In these immersions, participants will:

  • Explore the three types of cravings and how to decode them

  • Learn mindful eating practices to bring clarity, calm, and balance to daily meals

  • Discover how unconscious food habits take root and how to transform them

  • Experience breathwork, meditation, and movement practices to release tension and restore the nervous system

  • Investigate cross-cultural food rituals and create personal “food sadhanas” (daily rituals) for mindful eating anywhere

  • Leave with a practical playbook of strategies to reduce stress, increase self-compassion, and build resilience
