I provide one-on-one mindful eating coaching and intuitive eating support in-person in Arizona and online worldwide. My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness to help individuals transform their relationship with food, overcome emotional and binge eating, reduce stress around meals, and create lasting balance.

Each session is 45 minutes, with packages available that combine coaching, meal-time support, and personalized rituals. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available for new clients.
